The Post-Graduate Program offers recent graduates the opportunity to begin their professional career in an international environment, contributing to ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ’s mission to demonstrate the feasibility of fusion energy as a safe, sustainable, and low carbon energy source for the future. The program is designed as a first professional step after graduation, combining meaningful work, career development in a field shaping the future of energy, and knowledge transfer within a real project environment.

What does the program offer?
The Post-Graduate Program is a 24-month structured assignment, extendable for up to an additional 24 months, subject to business needs and performance.
Participants are offered:

- Regular feedback and progress reviews
Who can apply?
The program is open to candidates who:
- Have completed, or are about to complete, a Master’s or Engineering degree (or equivalent)
- Have no more than two years' of professional experience when applying (excluding internships)
- Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills in English within a multinational environment
- Hold a valid passport from one of the ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ Members: People's Republic of China, the European Union, India, Japan, the Republic of Korea, the Russian Federation, and the USA

To apply, candidates are required to submit the following items:
- CV (recommended 1–2 pages), including English proficiency
- Personal Statement (maximum 1 page) outlining who you are, your story, background and achievements
- References (e.g., professor)
All candidates are informed of the outcome once the process is completed.
Practical information and further resources
- Start dates: April and November
- Contract duration: 2 years, renewable for up to 2 additional years, subject to business needs and performance
- Location: ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ, France (on-site)
- Working hours: 40 hours per week
- Compensation and benefits: P1 grade (see Benefits at ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ)
