Seiji Mori joined ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ on 1 September as Design Engineer/Physicist in the Blanket Section within the Internal Components Division of the Tokamak Department. Before coming to ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ, he worked for Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd in Japan and was seconded to JAEA for several years.

Seiji and his wife live in Aix; their son lives and works in Osaka, Japan.

In his spare time, he likes visiting historical spots, in particular the ancient Roman ruins in the area. He is also a keen contract bridge player.
